The Farm of Minnesota

The Farm of Minnesota operates as a CSA.  CSA's (for Community Supported Agriculture) are a way for the food buying public to create a relationship with a farm and to receive a weekly basket of produce. In 1990 it was estimated that there were 50 CSA's in the entire country.  Last year there were well over 2,500.

The Farm
has been in our family since 1945, and we take great pride in and care of our fruits and vegetables. Produce is available at our road-side stand, as CSA shares, and we bring our crop to market. Our desire to provide only the healthiest food has led us to transition The Farm to organic. Since we put this food on our table, you can have it on yours because...

"...if it is not good enough for us to eat, we won't make it available for you."
